Harbin Dumplings

Yesterday, we made Harbin Dumplings under the tutelage of Teacher Michelle. It is her very own recipe from her origins in Harbin, world famous for its spectacular ice sculptures during winter.

She showed us how the dumplings were made right from the dough skin to the preparation of the meat fillings.

pinch, pinch, pinch

All the children chipped in as they knead the dough, wrap and pinched the cute dumplings. The delicious dumplings were boiled in hot water before they were all tucked in hungrily during tea time. Yummm!
